Benefits and Procedures: VA Form 21-527

Last week I read the instructions and gather the names, phone numbers and addresses of the doctors, dentists and hospitals where I have received medical treatment. Now I will enter all that information in the space provided on the form. Most of this stuff is from receipt and statements so I am sure it is as correct as any records in my medical records. The information I submitted on my eyes did not encounter any problem, so I am sending the same type of documents on my legs and asthma problems. To submit these documents I am using the VA Form 21-4142 as per Veteran Administration, or VA request. In addition I am completing the application for non-service connected pension. On VA Form 21-527. This will show my net worth income from all sources.

Once I have all this information from all those boxes and file drawers I could and I should call the local VA, Veteran Service Organization or VSO and make an appointment to get help completing my applications for benefits. But I can’t do that because I need to know how must time and sweat it takes to complete these forms. As you are working on your application keep in mind that the VA make at least 11 percent errors in evaluation these application, therefore you should be ready to appeal.
