VA Form 21-4138 is the Statement In Support Of Claims; you use this form to support your claim or claims for benefits. This form should be used to submit a claim for an increased evaluation of a current disability that has worsened. You can download a copy here and complete it using as many pages as you require. You could do as I did type the first page with enough information to cover the space provided for text, leaving the last line clear where it say (continue on reverse) paste the first page in place and make a copy then copy your second page on the back, Stated another way, print the second page on the reverse side. You are welcome to complete all parts by hand if you prefer. The page you will download come in two pages, so you can insert the second page into the printer and keep the pages on separate sheets. This will make sense and will appear easy when you see the form.

I feel sure your aid and support is welcomed because a reported half million plus veterans is waiting for claims more than twelve months.
I try to maintain an index to Veteran Service Officers around the country, you can find it at http://nvf.org/pages/veteran-service-officers. The VSOs services are free, and can help you avoid the most common errors that will delay your claims.
The web addresses can change without notice, so if you find a broken link let me know so I can update it.
what can we do this claim of alonso bagayna about the statement about this spouse Evelyn Pedrano VA file number 20 572 231…
tnx i need ur reply pls……
If you are having any problem with a claim filed with the VA and you are unable to solve the problem yourself, contact a VSO or Veteran Service Officer and get some advice and support. You could start with your city, give them a call and ask to speak to the VSO person in that city. The same for your county, and do a search on the internet by entering your Zip Code and locate a veteran service organization, like the American Legion, and contact them and get help with your claim or claims.
Best of Luck!
Various of folks write about this topic but you said some true words.
Thank you, I am working to make sure all benefits for veterans are listed and the sources are correct.
